Daniel Jaramillo - Head Brewer
Daniel got into brewing through the back door, (the kitchen door, actually). As kitchen manager of Rio Bravo Brewing Co., Daniel had the opportunity to apprentice under Brad Kraus, a pioneer of brewing in New Mexico. From there Daniel moved on to a brewing position at Bavarian Lager Cellar, working on the only lager system in the state. After seven years as head brewer of Assets Brewing Company, Daniel joined us in December of 2004 with over a decade of brewing experience under his belt.
