Blue Corn Brewery opened in 1997. It is a favorite of both locals and visitors. Our varied menu of New Mexican specialties and contemporary comfort food is made fresh from scratch daily. Our chef is passionate about using locally-grown and seasonally-appropriate foods and is a fervent supporter of local growers and producers. He has incorporated many New Mexico-raised foods into the menu at Blue Corn including beef, pork, organically produced cheeses, produce, breads and tortillas. In a further effort to take Blue Corn green, he instituted a recycling and composting program, reducing the restaurant's landfill waste by half.

We have an onsite brewery that produces award winning, hand-crafted beers. Our Head Brewer, John Bullard uses the finest ingredients from around the world to make a wide variety of ales and lagers.
